The MAT20 Mattress is a high-specification castellated foam mattress designed to provide effective pressure redistribution and comfort for individuals weighing up to 31.5 stone (200kg). The castellated foam support surface incorporates a zonal heel support area, helping to reduce pressure on vulnerable points while maintaining consistent body support.

Encased in a PU multi-stretch, water-resistant and vapour-permeable fabric cover, the MAT20 supports airflow while offering excellent durability and infection-control performance. The cover features stitched seams for added strength and includes a 270° zip with a protective flap for easy removal and enhanced hygiene.

A white inner substrate on the top cover helps carers quickly identify cover damage or fluid strike-through. Designed for use in demanding care environments, the mattress also features a 2-way turn system and an X-ray translucent cover.

For added flexibility, the MAT20 is available in a wide version compatible with the Hebden Wide Bed, and a rolled and vacuum-packed option is available for easier transportation and storage.
