Standard Products
You may return standard (non-customised) products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Products
Customised or made-to-measure chairs cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos and order details
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
