❌ Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

🔄 Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of a picking or dispatch error, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct product.
You may unpack and inspect goods purchased from us. However, any returned items must be:

- In original packaging
